THE FARM AND THE ORGANIC GARDEN
Into a park of 8 hectares, La Ginestra has dedicated large areas to different kind of cultivations: not only organic and seminated gardens, but also apple trees blooming, fragrant aromatic herbs and a colorful Mediterranean scrub, from which stands out the broom, whose petals give the name to the building. Animals, such as sheep, goats, fallow deer and ponies, geese and many other puppies of various species, can enjoy a happy life in this huge green corner.
Confirming the natural approach that distinguishes our staff, in the building there is a laboratory dedicated to the processing and packaging of local products, that are treated without any alteration and whose quality is daily checked and certified.
