A genuine experience in touch with nature, between the rides of our playground and the farm animals that give to children unforgettable moments, such as a horseback ride on a pony or a simple walk along the breathtaking views that border the Amalfi Coast, like the renowned Path of the Gods.

La Ginestra cooking is born and grows in the hectares of the building: an expanse of aromas and natural products that are first cultivated, then picked by skilled hands and finally prepared by our chefs. A completely organic production cycle, an approach that transforms agriculture into a source of well-being.
A theater of flavor where the protagonists are excellent raw materials revisited in elegant compositions and preserved in respect of genuineness. Our specialties? The so-called “farmer’s dish”, pasta with beans and pork rinds, scialatielli hand-pulled with piennolo tomatoes and the “king” of cheese of our land: the provolone del monaco served with honey and walnuts.
